Why are there lines on my fingernails?

I have lines 2 , that mean that you don't drink a lot of milk , your body need Calcium , so drinking milk every day should do it and these lines with fade ! =D

If they are white, it's really normal. That's just from banging you nail on something. It's like a bruise. Don't worry about it.
the little white line or white dots on the nail of your body usually indicates zinc deficiency.
most likely from uneven layers of the fingernail, file till its smooth
